Every morning, we set our focus, name what we're moving toward, and share it with our community. Something shifts when we get intentional about what we want. Our brains begin to search for it. Our days begin to organize around it. And slowly, quietly, we begin to build proof — real, documented proof — that we are women who show up. On Mondays, we start the momentum by looking at the week ahead. Fridays, we reflect to understand what happened and what we get to do differently.
The Lock In Hour — Weekly
One hour, set aside to actually do the thing. We work in parallel, heads down, quietly accountable to each other's presence. The last ten minutes open into The Huddle — space to get curious feedback, new perspectives, and the kind of questions that get our own wheels turning.
