MEET NIKKI JONES

I built what I wish I had.

I’ve always been ambitious. What I didn’t always have was a place where I could stop carrying everything alone.

After chasing a dream in the LA dance industry left my confidence shaken and my identity in question, I spent years trying to figure out what came next and trying to rebuild by myself.

What finally changed things wasn’t more information. It was taking action, finding support, and learning to trust myself again.

That experience became the foundation for the Next Level Collective.

The Detour

The detour changed everything.

Dance taught Nikki ambition, discipline, and what it feels like to chase something with everything you have.

But when the path she imagined stopped looking the way she expected, the bigger challenge became rebuilding confidence, identity, and direction.

That season pushed her deeper into personal development, NLP, reflection, and the question that now sits at the center of her work:

How do you become someone you can trust when life doesn’t go according to plan?

What emerged wasn’t a perfect formula. It was a belief in consistent action, community, and keeping small promises to yourself until confidence becomes evidence.

What Nikki believes

ACTION BUILDS SELF-TRUST

Confidence grows when you collect evidence that you can follow through.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BUILD ALONE

Growth becomes lighter when there is structure, accountability, and community around you.

DETOURS CAN REVEAL DIRECTION

The chapter you didn’t plan may be the one showing you what matters next.

Today, Nikki brings that philosophy to life through:

  • The Next Level Collective

  • Speaking engagements

  • Workshops and facilitated sessions

  • Personal-development experiences built around action, self-trust, and resilience

Different rooms. Different audiences. The same goal:

Helping People Stop Waiting and Start Moving.

Your next level starts with the next action.

Whether you’re ready to join the Collective or bring Nikki into the room, the next move starts here.
